Return and exchange policy

We have an easy return and exchange policy. Your return order will be picked up within 5-7 days of placing the return request. However, we may ask you to self-ship your order if your pin code comes into a red zone. Read our details returns and exchange policy.

Aavow's return and exchange policy is simple, easy and hassle-free. Our dispatch duration is 3-7 days. Our cancellation duration is 24hrs to 48hrs. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days.

  • We’ll not accept return or exchange without tag. Tag should be attached to the product to ensure that the product is unused.
  • Only size exchange is available.
  • Returns are available for limited pin codes.
  • Our delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic reasons, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns or replacement on all types of panties.
  • Products that are sold as packs or sets cannot be returned or replaced as individual items.
  • In the interests of personal hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if products are returned. We apologies for not able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.


There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't able to offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will credit 100 Aavow coins in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.

The Return/Exchange Pick-Up Process

Step 1
PACK PRODUCTS
Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags attached to the product. Put the product in its original packaging as it is you received.

Step 2
SEAL PACKAGING
Seal the product box or packaging. This step is important to ensure that the courier partner does not open/ tamper with the contents of the box.

Step 3
HANDOVER TO COURIER PARTNER & RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT.

  • If your pin code has reverse pickup facility, a courier person will come to your doorstep once the return/exchange process is initiated.
  • In case of Return, handover the packed box to the courier person for return. You will receive the refund in the form of Aavow Coins once we have received the package in our warehouse. You can use Aavow coins in next shopping.
  • In case of Exchange, handover the packed box to the courier person & you will receive your exchanged product at the same time.

Self-Ship Products for Return or Exchange

Step 1

INTIATE RETURN
Raise a Return Request for eligible items online from the Order Details Page on Aavow website or app.

Step 2

PACK PRODUCTS
Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags attached to the item and packaging intact. Put the product with its original packaging in a box.

Step 3

SEAL & PASTE ORDER DETAILS
Seal the box and paste a paper with your contact details and order id on top of the box. This step is important to ensure the courier partner does not open/tamper with the contents of the box and your refund for the order is processed.

Step 4

COURIER THE PACKAGE
